How to Book
If you're thinking about booking a shoot with me, whether it's for your brand, your products, or yourself, here's exactly how the process works.
I keep things simple, collaborative, and stress-free.
Step 1
Reach Out
Start by getting in touch via my contact form or emailing me at hello@eilidhross.com.
Let me know what kind of shoot you’re looking for - product photography, portraits, commercial content, or something unique. Share any details you have, like your timeline, number of products, location (if applicable), budget, or any initial questions.
I’ll reply with answers, ideas, or a quote depending on what you need. We can go back and forth until we’ve nailed down the vision. I’m here to help make things easy and clear from the start.
Step 2
Confirm Booking
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over a simple contract for us both to review and sign.
A 50% deposit secures your booking and locks in the date.
Step 3
The Shoot
For product shoots, you’ll ship your items to me. For headshots, portraits or commercial work, we’ll coordinate location details together.
I’ll handle everything on the shoot day, like styling, lighting, and capturing everything we discussed.
Step 4
Photo Delivery
Final edited images are delivered within our agreed upon time of the shoot or receiving your products.
You’ll receive high-resolution files ready for whatever you need -web, social, print, you name it - via your Pixieset link.
The remaining 50% payment is due upon delivery.
